This spring will allow for normal use without crushing darts. If you intend to use these mags with a higher rate of fire use the following spring:
This spring will flat spot darts if left loaded for a long time but will work well in automatic and slam fire configurations.
Last three pics show the new version. to install spring hook in mag body and pull through the bottom using a piece of string then hook in the follower and allow it to pull the follower back up to the feed lips.
After trying a couple of the other printed magazines available I decided to design my own. My goals were to be fully printed and to maintain as close to talon capacity as possible. Introducing the Print-a-Mag. A fully 3d printed, talon compatible, 13rd short dart magazine. I started with the awesome mag spring that @Nick_Furry designed here:

If you print the parts as oriented with the seam set to rear in your slicer you will have the best results.
Original: One of things about other designs I didn't like were the feed lips which had unnecessarily sharp edges and corners that would cut my Worker Gen3 darts. Mine are as thick as possible and nicely rounded to allow smooth feeding. Side by side with a Worker 15rd mag the Print-a-Mag 13rd is only 4mm longer so it will fit any vests with mag pockets you may already have. I also decided to do 2 different versions. One with a side window for easy ammo count checks and one with a solid body for those seeking a certain aesthetic. I am still testing filaments but PLA has been okay for the springs but I would advise against leaving the mags loaded overnight to avoid having the spring not rebound, I will be testing ABS this weekend to see how it holds up. The rest of the mag can be whatever filament you have on hand. I have drop tested my PLA mags and they have survived a 5ft drop on laminate flooring with minor scuffs. Obviously the feed lips are going to be the weakest link so that's something to keep in mind.Â
