Same mask as original creator just easier to print.

I figured I would upload these changes after struggling to print the teeth. I am sure I am not the only one.

Split the teeth model into two pieces. Original had teeth floating in mid-air. Added a base and supports to upper and lower fangs as well as the top teeth for easier printing.

Printed with supports.
