Update:
Made a smaller version that entirely fits on my printer bed.
Tweaked the thickness of some objects.
Added diameter indicators to the wheel mount pieces.
Made a new slider for the smaller version that uses M3 screws and nuts.
Overall, smaller version uses 430g of PLA
Printing:
3-4 walls
40% rectilinear infill
0.2mm layer height
3 top and bottom shell layers
5mm brim for large pieces
Printed in eSun PLA+
Overall about 700g of PLA
PETG would be ideal, however any warped large, flat components make assembly worse
Construction:
Wheel mounts attached to the base with 8mm long M4 screws and nuts.
Contact points on wheel rim and pot have 2mm thick silicone pads, I used this: https://www.amazon.com.au/Furniture-Sonku-Cuttable-Protectors-Tooling-Black/dp/B09WHMXFJD/ref=sr_1_5?crid=1UW2LQMEY0K1F&keywords=silicone+pad+adhesive&qid=1698132829&sprefix=silicone+pad+adhesiv%2Caps%2C223&sr=8-5
Split both the base and cover into 3 identical parts for printing.
Used triangular pegs and wheelhead spacer for better alignment when assembling base.
Main axle is assembled with the cover.
Walls were lightly sanded to minimize warping.
Partially super-glued parts together and then friction welded most of the seams.
Added shims for o-ring
