Print Settings
Trunks need no special settings. While the trees do not require any special settings, I recommend the following:
Spiral Tree
- 25% infill in the base and center threaded area - this adds weight to the bottom and keeps the tree stable after a trunk is added
- Manually move seams to the back side of each spiral. This will reduce curling of the leading edge.
Lattice Tree
- 25% infill in the base and center threaded area - this adds weight to the bottom and keeps the tree stable after a trunk is added
Scalloped Tree
- 25% infill in the base and center threaded area - this adds weight to the bottom and keeps the tree stable after a trunk is added
- 0% infill for the rest of the tree
Wavy Tree
- 25% infill in the base and center threaded area - this adds weight to the bottom and keeps the tree stable after a trunk is added
- 0% infill for the rest of the tree
- Use the Classic perimeter generator - Arachne leaves some unwanted edges
Diamond Tree
- 25% infill in the base and center threaded area - this adds weight to the bottom and keeps the tree stable after a trunk is added
- 0% infill for the rest of the tree
