I took the Gecko from WebmasterZero on Thingiverse and painted it in Prusaslicer to print in multicolor.

In the files you will find two 3mf files with the two versions from the photos.
Just choose your printer with your perimeters in PrusaSlicer and start!

I also converted the original step file and uploaded it if you want to paint it yourself.
