It appears that the newer models of Ridge wallet have a different hole spacing to mine from 2016.

Please check yours with the images to confirm the hole spacing looks correct before you print.

If you want to test fit, you can either slice the model up or insert a negative volume cube in the middle to reduce the print time and material used. (I use PrusaSlicer for this)

I bought my wallet in 2016 and despite The Ridge offering a good warranty, it does not cover wear and tear on the outer plates. I bought the plastic model with the elastic money strap, so the corners have broken and cracks have appeared over the years.

I searched this site and others and found a number of alternatives, but nothing plain which would suit my old wallet.

• The holes are countersunk on both models. The screws sit lower down on the 2mm thick model.

• I added a chamfer which makes it a little more comfortable to hold

• The original screws still have plenty of threads engaged in the inner plate

• This can be printed with either side facing down. The chamfers printed fine for me at 0.2 layer height.

• Try playing around with the infill pattern on whichever face will be the outer one to give it a different look

• You can also change your top and bottom layer amounts to remove the infil and make the item solid (on 2mm model)

• I'd recommend you have at least 3 perimeters to ensure the holes have the strength around them
