These are two sets of mounting brackets for “tt motors” - small, usually yellow, geared DC motors used in educational and hobby robotics. One set includes space to mount optical shaft encoder wheels and sensors. The other set are intended for use with hall sensors or without sensors.Â
When mounting the motor, the side of the motor with the raised yellow circle near the axle faces out (towards the wheel).Â
Holes are sized for M3 screws. The motor is attached to the mount with 2 M3x25mm screws and nuts. Â The bracket can be mounted to the a 3mm base platform using 2 M3x10mm screws and nuts for each mount.
Additional Materials:
- 4x M3x10mm screws (2 per motor mount)
- 4x M3x25mm screws (2 per motor)
- 8x M3 nuts
Required tools:Â
- 2.5mm hex driver and 5.5mm nut driver for M3 screws and nuts
Slicer Settings:
Models are printed on a Bambu X1C using PLA at 0.2mm layer height, "strength" setting, no supports.Â
