I made this 360 Trolling fishing rod holder that attaches to a boat railing 22-25mm.

Uses m6 hardware to atttach it.

Made a couple of different version depending on where you like the attachment point to be and if you want closed or open bottom.

I attached a drawing if you wanna see the measurements.
