Printing parameters:

  • Material: PETG

  • Resolution: 0.2 mm

  • Perimeters: 

    • part 1/2 and cutter: 4

    • part 3/4: 10

    • part 5/6: 15

  • Supports: only part 5/6 overhang

Assembly:

  • Fix hinge parts with superglue (e.g. Cyanoacrylate)

  • First add parts 5 and 6 to part 2

  • Set part 1 to closed position

  • Then add parts 3 and 4

For other volumes scale all parts:

  • scale = cubic root of volume scale

  • 80% = half volume

  • 125% = double volume

  • etc.
