Since PrusaSlicer can now also emboss text, I have added a print configuration file without text. So you can emboss your own text in the lid if you want to. Please emboss max. 0.4 mm deep. Then place the lid with the top side down on the print bed and (if desired), add a colour change at 0.6 mm (applies to 0.2 mm layer height).

tablet box

Based on my award-winning configurable box (https://www.printables.com/de/model/257560-konfigurierbare-box-incl-fusion-file-configurable-), I have designed a small tablet box.

It is intended for a weekly ration of one smaller and one slightly larger tablet.

As always, I include the Fusion file for your own customisations.

I printed the box in PLA, which works very well. For a model in PETG, the lid does not snap in so tightly, so you might want to increase the parameter [rastzylradius] a bit. It determines the thickness or the indentation for the latch.

The lid text can be changed via the parameter [lidtextandsize], the parameter itself determines the text height; the comment is the text.

The Fusion360 extension [Change Text Parameters] should be installed.

Gedacht ist sie für eine Wochenration jeweils einer kleineren und einer etwas größeren Tablette.

Für eigene Anpassungen füge ich wie immer die Fusion-Datei mit an.

Die Box druckte ich in PLA, was sehr gut funktioniert. Für ein Modell in PETG schnappt der Deckel nicht so fest ein, hier sollte man evtl. den Parameter [rastzylradius] etwas hochsetzen. Er bestimmt die Dicke bzw. die Vertiefung für die Rastnase.

Der Deckeltext lässt sich über den Parameter [deckeltextandsize] ändern, der Parameter selbst bestimmt die Texthöhe; der Kommentar ist der Text.

Die Fusion360 Erweiterung [Change Text Parameters] sollte installiert sein.
