Original sculpted trophy with a modern stylized falcon that fits any occasion.
This trophy is inspired by racing trophies you find for example in F1, using the dynamic shape language of the famous Heineken F1 trophy. Another highlight of the model is the hexagonal shaped base, that has actual sculpted gaps to see through + they help if you fill it with concrete to give maximum strength and “feel” quality.

The photo represents the actual printed trophy used for a yearly floorball tournament. For a similar finish, find more details in the instructions below.

Customize the “Naming-” & “Winner-” plates by using the brand new text tool of Prusa Slicer 2.6.

This model is Prusa MINI friendly, providing both a full size version for custom scaling & a pre-cutted version for the MAXIMUM SIZE of 45cm in height on you Prusa MINI… sometimes bigger is better.

Print it in any filament type you like (I used PLA)

Instructions:

Decide what size and quality you want to choose.

You want the base and falcon in a single color → “full-size” version.
You want different colors for the base & falcon → “part” version.
You want different colors for the base & falcon in MAX size, but only have a small printer → “pre-cutted” version.
Name-Plate & Winner-Plate can be used on any version of the trophy.
You want the feeling of a real trophy? Then fill the base with concrete to give it some weigth and strength. Therefore use the .stl files with the suffix “withConcreteFill”. This special version features a lid for the bottom to close the trophy up after filling with concrete. The specially designed gaps in the base, helps the concrete to grab & hold, but it is recommended to fill it completely so nothing can loose itself over time.
Slice & Print the trophy. Every part is sized relative to each other, so you can simply scale all the parts with the same percentage to ensure that they match each other. Supports are necsesairy for the falcons head and wings ONLY. For the NamingPlate & WinnerPlate make use of the new text tool of Prusa Slicer to customize your trophy. Add a color change in the slicer to make it dual-tone or print it in one color and just paint the letters afterwards.

Print files (gcode) are only available for PrusaMINI as this trophy is specially designed for maximum size on small printers.
If you printed the trophy in parts, glue them together. The trophy's base and falcon body can be positioned with ease with the nub. The wings & head can be fitted by seamless positioning.
If you printed the trophy in parts, fill the seams with a glue or epoxy and sand the complete trophy if needed.
Chrome finish? Use spray paint and make it outstanding.
