Bosch Professional 18V Battery Adaptor Adapter Module

This battery adapter is used in multiple of my other designs.

Some people have made the metal contacts with sheet metal tabs or some random connector pins, I have taken a different route here. I use two thin shim washers as contacts in this design.
The washer must not be thicker than 0.8mm, because the original contact is also only 0.8mm and I do not want to stretch the spring contacts in the battery more. In this design I used 0.5mm thick shim washers, but changing the dimension in CAD should not be a big problem.

The wires can be soldered to the contact shim washers first.

Required Material

Designed to fit two thin DIN 988 shim washers 12x18x0.5mm (German: Passscheibe)
The two contact modules can be secured with M3x10 screws (thread directly in PLA)

1x Power Switch:

Switch size 21 x 15mm
Front panels cutout 19.4 x 13 mm
