This tray will hold 100 rounds of 9mm munitions, and fits nicely inside of the plastic ammo boxes you can get from Harbor Freight (item 61451) and other similar stores. Â This will not fit the metal NATO style ammo cans as it is wider (93mm) than the cans (90mm).
I printed this using 0.6 mm nozzle, generic PLA+ filament, 0.3 mm layer height and 15% infill for a very satisfactory print and fit.  With these settings, the base takes about 6 ½- 7 hours and the lid about 2 ½ hours.
Ensure that the lid is printed “upside down” with the top in the heat bed, and you have a clean heat bed with good first layer adhesion.
