WHY?

I travel a lot and often buy local SIM cards. Since I tend to lose them, I needed a simple and robust case to organise and carry them. It stores up to seven nano SIM cards and an opening needle.

UPDATE v2

Based on your feedback, I increased the slot sizes for the nano SIM cards. Also, I extended the overall length by 1mm so the needle is fully covered by the sleeve.

SETTINGS

Everything was printed in PLA.

The tray, I printed in 0.08mm layer height.
The sleeve, I printed in 0.2mm vase mode.

REMIX

This is a remix of the great NANO SIM CARD CASE by Peter H. Here's what I changed:

Seven nano SIM cards instead of two/four
Little nobs to prevent the tray from sliding out, but at the same time allowing easy opening
Gap to pull tray out with your finger nail.
Adjusted the size of the sleeve for PLA so you do not have to scale it down in the slicer.
Included the 3MF files for easy adjustments.
