Pegboard / Wall Control screw anchors

One of the tricks I like to use in organizing my tools is to attach things to pegboard using wall anchors in the holes to accept screws. This doesn’t always work as well as I would hope. Since pegboard is usually 1/4″ thick or thinner, the anchors have a tendency to spin when you drive screws into them.

My solution was to create anchors that are ganged together and spaced appropriately for pegboard. This prevents all of the anchors from spinning.

You can see these anchors work by expanding as the screw is driven into them, making it very hard to remove.

These anchors work well in hardboard, plastic, and metal pegboards. The STL files below are designed for 1″ spaced hole patterns and 1/4″ holes, but you can use the model to create them for any hole spacing and size.

I used PETG as PLA is too brittle.
