There are few ways to mount the PS5 under the desk but since I have a 3D printer I decided to make my own version. Two brackets  with slots for self adhesive tape for easier assembly.

Printing

Print the parts in the suggested orientation. To save time i used 0.8 nozzle with 0.55 layer height and 20% grid infill.

As a material i would recommend PETG, ABS or ASA.

PS get hot after few hours of playing and I'm not sure if PLA can handle it in long term.

Mounting

Cut 4 pieces of self adhesive tape 20 x 40mm and apply to both brackets.

Slip the brackets on your console and place your console in the perfect position to screw the brackets in.

I used 6 screws 5 x 20 but length depends on your desk top thickness.

Final Advice

Because PS5 unique shape console is not wedged into the brackets and can be easily slide off to the front. If you got the kids or pets the console can be secured by the screw from the original stand. Middle slot on the disc side bracket is in line with mounting hole on the PS5.
