Hi,
are you going to a ball but your tie is uncontrollably moving? Did you forget to buy a tie clip in the store because your girlfriend was standing behind you and kept repeating that she needed to find a purse to match her dress? Did you spend your last money on an "absolutely essential" printer upgrade and are afraid that you won't have enough money for beer if you buy a clip? Or do you just want to show that you have a 3D printer at home and want to showcase this detail? If your reason is the last option, I will save you from disappointment... nobody will notice and even if they do, it won't matter to them. Especially to the females, who this really doesn't help to break the ice with, and if you point it out, they'll definitely give you the wrong phone number.
But back to the matter. I modeled a tie clip, because the models that were available didn't fit me well in terms of the protrusions for a more secure hold. So I sat down at the computer again and created a simple and functional design. I used Prusament Galaxy PETG for printing, layer height 0.1mm. The print itself only took a few minutes. Don't worry, you'll have plenty of time before your girlfriend comes out of the bathroom.
