First and foremost: Thanks @ David Kingsman for providing us with such a neat clock model! Myself and everyone else I showed it to really liked this fresh design!
Sadly I ran into multiple clearance issues while assembling the parts (gears not fitting into the ball bearings, too much friction in the geneva mechanism, gears not rotating freely, clock movement gear stuck to the hour drive shaft of the movement, etc.). That's why I increased the clearances of many parts, for example decreased the diameters of the gear shafts from 5.2mm to 4.9mm and redesigned the geneva mechanism (it's now a two part press fit, no screws or glue necessary). While doing so, I added small triangles for the layers to start at on all contacting surfaces to hide the seam somewhere, where it would not get in contact with any other contacting surfaces.
I furthermore added a 0.2mm chamfer on all surfaces touching the build plate to further avoid any interferences through a possible elephant foot, edited (increased the depth) of some screw holes to give them more material to bite in (especially on the number wheel and central gear), redesigned the clock movement spacer to use the anti slip pad (shipped with the clock movement) to keep the movement from rotating anti clockwise and many more.
Just minor changes, but necessary (at least for me) for a smooth operation. I hope they help others like they did me.
