This is a remix of the great game created by the "3D printing and design program" at the Munich University of Applied Sciences.

The remix consist in a complete re-desig of the chair and sofa pieces so they can be assembled without any glue and look good, this is achieved by using a satisying click mechanism :)
The measures of all the pieces remains un-changed so it's perfectly compatible with the original one

STÄCKING is a board game developed as part of the 3D printing and design program at the Munich University of Applied Sciences.

We strongly believe that our idea of this game should not gather dust in a closet somewhere, but be used, played and developed further by makers, tinkerers and hobby designers alike from all over the world.

If you've always had a knack for tricky balancing acts, a stacking mania, or still haven't had enough furniture after that last IKEA visit, this is your game!

What to print

• Base Set: 1 carpet + 1 chair (in a neutral colour) 
• Player Set (Print 4 times): 1 table + 2 sofas + 4 chairs (in a different color for each player)
• Box: The box has the perfect size to fit a full set of the game for 4 players.
• PDF Manual: Print the manual on a 2D printer :) Print it as half page so it fits in the box.

Use the ready-to-print 3mf where the sets are already arranged.

There is also an optional PDF with the rules you can print to be held with the printed parts.

Game Rules

I created a new set of rules which seems more balanced to me, but you can also find the original rules in the original project.

Number of players: 2 - 4 (or more if you print more set)
Duration of game:  5 - 10 minutes

Objective

The game's objective is to get rid of all your furniture by stäcking them without making the tower fall.

How to play

Setup

With 3 to 4 players: Each player gets 1 set of furniture.
With 2 players: Each player gets 2 set of furniture.

A set of furniture is 4 chairs, 2 sofas and 1 table of the same colour.

Before the game starts, a white chair is positioned at the centre of the white carpet.

Start

The youngest player starts by putting one of their furniture pieces on top of the white chair, after that the game continues clockwise with each player putting one piece per turn.

When stäcking a piece of furniture:

• The new piece must not touch the floor or the carpet.
• The new piece cannot be just laid on top of the stäck, instead at least one leg of the piece must be inserted in the grid of an already placed piece or vice-versa.
• The player cannot hold or touch any of the furniture already stäcked.
• If any furniture falls while the player is trying to stäck one piece then the player will get all the fallen pieces and skip their turn.

After each turn:

• If any furniture falls before the new next player then the last player gets all fallen furniture unless it was caused by one player bumping the table, in that case they will be the one getting the fallen pieces.

End of the game

The game ends when a player stäcks all their furniture on top of the tower without making anything fall.
