I modified the 400 series latch file to match the 450 series.

Printed on Ender 3v2 with brim and support touching buildplate, overhang angle 59°. Layer height 0.16mm and infill 100%. I set the supports touching the print and removed it using sharp blade.

Unlocking the hinge consisted in gentle knocking out a metal pin with a needle and a hammer but be careful when removing because one side of the pin is knurled. After replace I put the headlamp in the water for half an hour, after that time the toilet paper inside was completely dry. If you need to mod, I've included the step file.
