These are replica SAPI plates to use with airsoft vests, weight vests etc. You can either leave them hollow to give only stiffness or fill them up(I used finishing sealant) to get some weight. The front/back plate is about the size M plate and weights 1,4kg when filled with the finishing sealant. Large parts should be able to be printed on standard Ender 3 bed going from corner to corner. I have added 0.5-1cm extra area in firmware but I don't remember if it was needed for this.
Following materials are needed
Front/Back plate:
- 4x m6x20 bolts, and nuts
- 8x m6 washers (recommended)
- about 600ml of filler (optional)
Side plate:
- about 150ml of filler (optional)
