Filigree and lightweight Christmas tree ornaments with three different mounting caps. The ornament has a diameter of 66 mm, but can also be adjusted by scaling. However, when scaling down, it should be noted that the structure measures only 3 mm in diameter.Â
For printing I used PLA Pro from Spectrum Filaments, with which the Christmas tree ornament became very beautiful. However, any other popular PLA filaments should work as well.
I printed all the ornaments with a 0.4 mm nozzle, 0.2 mm layer thickness, no infill and no support. Depending on the print bed and adhesion, a raft may be beneficial. However, on my BuildTak printing plate, it was possible without a raft.
The mounting caps can be clicked into place on the top of the Christmas tree ornament.
