Here is a model rocket kit that I designed, printed, and flew as a payload/altimeter research rocket. It flies about 500 feet when fully loaded with standard C6 motors, so it can be flown almost anywhere. I used an Estes Cherokee-E kit as a basis for this design, but all you need to get to make it is 16in of BT-55 body tube and a parachute/shock cord system. It is ONLY designed to fit BT-55 body tubes. There are 4 sets of fins for you to choose from! There is a payload section in case you want to stick an altimeter or another instrument in there.
