Print all pieces and glue it together.

I printed it with white PLA.
I primed and painted it with Vallejo Model Color.

Bench, rain drain and smoke pipe might be more difficult to print and might need some rework to fit.

In some slicers you might have to activate "Thin walls" or similar to get window bars and wall texture.
