That’s me. I’ve spent a total of around 5 months Frankensteining this project together. This was my first modeling project specifically for 3D printing and while some elements may be a bit janky, the final product is something I am very proud of. Printing
All stl files are orientated in what I believe provides the best mix between ease of printing and part strength. In prototyping parts, the Receiver and Base Pin support the majority of the props weight and are prone to breaking at a few key points, I therefore recommend printing these parts at 80-100% infill at least.
As this prop relies on friction to keep many of its pins in place, some of the parts are intentionally a tight fit. Some sanding may be required.

Print Settings I used: Cura settings for Creality Ender 5 Plus - Standard Quality
Layer Height: 0.2mm
Print temp: 200 C*
Retraction: Yes
Support: Yes
Material: PLA
Wall Thickness: 0.4mm
Print Speed: 80.0 mm/s
Cooling: Yes
Build plate adhesion: Optional but recommended for the Barrel and Stock
Infill: As this is a working prop I would recommend an infill of at least 40%. With the Receiver, Base Pin and all stl files labeled COLT WALKER at 80-100%. The images you see on this project page have all its parts at 100% (mainly because I was drunk with power and leads to a satisfyingly heavy prop)
