Print at least 0.15 - 0.10 . Once it is finished you might need to rotate the gears a couple times to break up any small fusing that might occur, but it should rotate smoothly like seen here. I have printed it a couple times and each has been able to rotate smoothly, if you encounter issues print on a raft.
