The cavity for the magnets were made for a thicker magnet than normally sold online, so you might want to fill it in with something or try to stack couple magsafe magnets for a good fit.

I personally put a sticker on top of the magnets so it stays in, but superglue should work too.

I recommend using support so the railings print and work properly and you should also try to sand it down for a smoother mechanism.

I printed my model separately to prevent lifting, but the model included is the full size so split if you see fit.
