This is a hammer and sickle, the symbol of communism. I created it by getting this SVG: https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Hammer_Sickle_Star_red.svg, using Inkscape to remove the star, importing it into FreeCAD, converting to a sketch and padding the resulting sketches.
