I really liked the combadge designed by Aaron Rhodes so I wanted to share the stand I used for it and also a remix to print it easier. The stand has tags for Voyager and Deep Space Nine. I still need to add one for Generations since that was the first appearance.
Update December 15 2023 - Added a remixed easy-print version of the badge where the silver insert prints flat and is glued onto the curved surface for a support-free printing experience. Also added a split body version where the side bars are separate so you can experiment with different print orientations to improve results.
The body fits four 6x2mm magnets to connect to the stand, so need a total of 8. Let me know if you need it fitted for other magnet sizes.
Back plate for wearing is included.
Filaments used were CC3D Max PLA Antique Gold, which has a nice gold tone that looks great for this badge. The silver was Prusament Galaxy Silver PLA.
