Additional parts required

You need 4 x M6 screws to replace the original screws with longer ones.

The original screw of the Profile Design Legacy II was 15mm. To figure out the required length of the screws, you need to add 15mm to the spacer height:

Additionally, you might need to use some washers if the screw length doesn't match perfectly.

Print settings

nozzle size: 0.4mm
layer height: 0.2mm
material: PETG (for increased resistance against heat from the sun)
infill: 80%
supports: no (tested on an Ender 3 V2)

Tested

40mm version
printed with the above settings
with a Profile Design Legacy II
on a 300km mostly gravel track

No issues. Spacers still look in very good shape.
