A spiky crown made for a costume project. Creating something like this with solid modeling isn't ideal...

Overall dimensions:

Diameter: 140mm (5.5")

Front spike height: 160mm (6.25")

Other spikes height: 110mm (4.24")

Instructions

If you want to print with support, I've provided the full model. Depending on the size you want the the printer you have you can either print the separate pieces or print as the top half and add the bottom spikes onto it. Keep in mind the size is smallish, so it may need to be resized for larger heads.

For large printers print:

For Smaller printers (Sized for Thing-O-Matics) Print:

2XCrown1-Back (Can be printed 2 at a time in an array)

4XCrown1-Bottoms (Can be printed 4 at a time in an array)

All the pieces are tabbed so they'll fit together when printed. When we assembled it, we glued everything together using acetone.
