Logitech G29/G920 Quick Release adaptor using 32mm bike seat clamp, like this one.

Files

Female adaptor for fitting to the Logitech base
Male adaptor for refitting original Logitech wheel
Male adaptors for fitting any wheel with 70 or 74mm 6-bolt pattern. This should work with major brands like MOMO and Nardi.
FreeCAD files for all models

Printing

I would recommend printing in PETG or ABS, with at least 40% gyroid (or similar 3d pattern) infill. If your slicer supports it, I would adjust infill only where necessary, so it doesn't take three years to print.

Assembly

See the video below (not my own) on how to disassemble the G29. The G920 is almost identical, but missing a few buttons.

As for refitting the original wheel, the adaptor is designed to have cutouts for the LogitechG/PS cap to be attached. It should be rather self explanatory.
