All parts come oriented in the optimal position for printing, and are sized to fit on an Ender 3 or Prusa Mk3.
Overall, I would recommend printing with minimal infill and a decent amount of perimeters to maintain as much strength as you can while keeping the piece light.
For layer heights, I recommend using the coarsest thickness you can, and for props of this size, switching to a bigger .6 or .8mm nozzle may be beneficial if your hotend can handle the increased flow rate
Supports shouldn't be necessary, however depending on how confident you are in your printer's ability to print overhangs, you may want to put some supports on some of the bigger notches in the blade. The blade pieces may also require a brim that can be removed with a deburring tool.
Once printed, simply glue or weld the parts together and finish as you see fit, such as by adding a handle wrap. The final piece should be about 870mm tall
