Remix of the sanding stick screws for the Customized Sanding Sticks by fuchsr

Increased the height of the knobs from 3mm to 7mm and added small fillets. This should make it easier to turn the screws with your fingers.

[Update - 2026-04-02]

Added a version with a chamfered top for easier printing as the filleted edge can end up a bit rough sometimes.
Added version with hex head (Note - This will make it easy to over-tighten or break the screw and should really only be used for removing the screw if its stuck)
