This loom/station will allow you to more efficiently make friendship (macrame) bracelets. Especially the more complex patterns with 10+ strings.

Suggested use :

• The bottom arc has 50+ slots to fasten the strings quickly. They are held in place through friction. Most knotting techniques that I know of are easy to follow with this setup (line by line, section)
  • Pro-tip : keep empty slots between the slots used by strings. You can place your knotting string in the empty slots while you go through the other strings you are knotting on.
• The hook is on a separate cart that slides on the middle railing of the loom base. There's a simple tension clip mechanism on the cart and you can push the bracelet back as you progress. This allows you to keep an even tension/spread on your knots.
  • Pro-tip : you can loop strings on the extremity slots to tie them and securely hold the bracelet in place if you're doing specific sections/lines and keeping all your strings tidy
• The upper arc forms the “wings” of the loom, they are there as handles and/or a way to clamp/tape the loom on the edge of a table. You can also just screw through them to fasten the loom long term.
