Cable Rolo is designed to be printed as flat, then inserted into the ROLO tool, put it on the Prusa heatbed which is preheated on 100°C and after 30 seconds when it become soft  you can easily roll it. (Like pancake:) Please watch added video.
Then take Mount tool, put in the cables and push over Cable Flexible Spiral Tube
The Tube is 21cm long, but you can add them endlessly, cut them, one over next one…
After mount on cable, you can lock ROLO itself with its tails.(one IN one OUT)

Cable ROLO 0,6 with PLA and ! Z=0.2 !
