Bag Clip with strong hinges and a strong locking mechanism

Object Description:

It comes too late for the prusa design contest end of 2021, but here's my version of a bag clip.

Advantages:

- Stable hinges

- Wobble-free hinge design

- Easy to close

- It clamps reliably even thin bags

- Marble pattern in the grip zone for a better finger grip

- With competent recommendation from snikcr (thanks for that) well suited for one-handed operation

Comments:

- Print the clip on the side as suggested in the data file. There are small supports in the hinge that would not work if you turn the clip on the top side.

- After printing, the hinges must be broken loose.

- After bending back and forth several times, the hinges turn much smoother.

- The design is made for a layer height of 0.2mm. Other layer heights have not been tested. Comments about successful or unsuccessful prints in other layer heights are welcome and will be added to the object description later.

- The offered lengths should be sufficient for most users. If there is a need for other lengths, please leave me a comment.

Update 2023-02-03:

I tested the new experimental feature "extra perimeters on overhangs" introduced with Prusa Slicer 2.6.0-alpha2. Basically it works, but I don't recommend it for this clip design. Even after many back and forth movements of the hinge, it does not move as smoothly as usual.

Objektbeschreibung:

Zu spät für den Designwettbewerb Ende 2021, aber hier ist meine Version eines Tütenclips.

Vorteile:

- Stabile Scharniere

- Wackelfreies Scharnierdesign

- Einfach zu verschließen

- Klemmt zuverlässig auch dünne Tüten

- Kugelmuster in der Griffzone für einen besseren Halt der Finger

Hinweise:

- Drucken Sie den Clip auf der Seite wie im Datenfile vorgeschlagen. Im Scharnier befinden sich kleine Stützen, die nicht funktionieren würden wenn man den Clip auf die Oberseite legt.

- Nach dem Druck müssen die Scharniere losgebrochen werden.

- Nach mehrmaligem Hin- und Her biegen drehen die Scharniere deutlich sanfter.

- Das Design ist für eine Layerhöhe von 0,2mm ausgelegt. Andere Layerhöhen sind nicht getestet. Kommentare über erfolgreiche oder auch erfolglose Drucke in anderer Layerhöhe sind willkommen und werden später in die Objektbeschreibung übernommen.

- Die angebotenen Längen sollten für die meisten Anwender ausreichen. Sollte Bedarf an weiteren Längen bestehen, hinterlassen Sie mir bitte einen Kommentar.
