*UPDATED the screw thread

Adjustable self-watering spike for indoor and outdoor use. 

By using a plastic bottle you can provide the garden plants with an adjustable drip irrigation system. 

By turning the valve you can adjust and control the drop rate.

Description:

• Adjustable Switch, It can be adjusted to provide appropriate water according to different plant needs, can control the velocity of flow, so you don't have to worry about the water being too fast or the hole being blocked.
• Easy to use, No dangerous trepanning and trouble preparing work, Just put in the right bottle.
• The Plant Watering stakes gives a better air tightness, which makes the water in the bottle not flooded your flower box and killed everything.

Dimensions:

• 180x39 mm
• Ideal for a bottle with 0.5L content

Explanation:

• Easy flow control means your plants receive the correct amount of water.
• Garden watering device, provide water straight to the plants roots, suitable for most plants.
• In combination with a plastic PET bottle

Remarks:

• Air hole, please make a hole at bottom of bottle or cut it. It can control the flow rate better
• Please post a pic if you print!

How I Designed This:

• Using fusion 360
• The water spike is designed in such a way that you can easily 3D print it while lying down
• The screw tap can be printed separately and has a margin of 0.1 mm

  Watering Spike v3: A lot of people experience the same problem. They like the idea but it's leaking!
  The screw won't fit the bottles and water leaks. Member 'LilTindemann' suggested to remix it with the screw thread of this print: https://www.printables.com/model/26617-eco-friendly-portable-bidet-v2
